Ada Edith Breece August 3, 1932 - February 23, 2011 Ada Edith Breece, 78, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born August 3, 1932 in Laurel, Indiana to the late Ray and Dorothy (Lucas) Corn. Ada was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening and raising her family. She is survived by sons, Jesse R. Carlin of Knightstown; Edward (Debbie) Breece of Greenfield; Larry Breece of Wilkinson; daughters, Becky (Bob) Carroll of Wilkinson, Joan Duffy of Indianapolis; 22 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren; brothers, Walt and Frank Corn of TN; Bill Corn; sisters, Emma Murphy and Laura Sturgill of Greensburg, Pauline West of New Mexico; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Breece; sons, Ron and John Michael Breece and an infant daughter. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. Burial will follow at Currys Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Saturday.
