Alice Cain

Alice Cain March 29, 1926 - May 31, 2007 Alice (Jackson) Cain, 81, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Methodist Hospital. She was born March 29, 1926 in Tompkinsville, KY to the late Taz and Hattie Marie (Pruitt) Jackson. She was a member of Northeastern Church of Christ and Red Cross of Indianapolis volunteer. Mrs. Cain is survived by son, George E. Cain of Indianapolis; daughters, Judy Cacia of Greenfield, Barbara Matheny of Ft. Myers, FL; brother, Mars T. Jackson; sisters, Frances Grimsley, Jean Hunter all of Tompkinsville, Melene Goforth of TN; 8 grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by husband, George K. Cain in 2006 and sister, Zora Tompson. Memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 3, 2007 at Greenfield Church of Christ. Memorial contributions may be made to the Greenfield Church of Christ.
