Anna C. Spegal February 8, 1916 - June 13, 2011 Anna C. Spegal, 95, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Monday, June 13, 2011 at Golden Living Center Brandywine. She was born February 8, 1916 in Hancock County to the late Hervey and Jennie (Walker) Spegal. Anna graduated from Eden High School and worked at Indiana Knitwear in Greenfield, retiring in 1984 after 49 years service. She is survived by sisters, Helen Shadley of Greenfield; numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; numerous great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Carl Spegal, Jim Spegal and Paul Spegal; sisters, Dorothy Holliday, Virginia Willard, Lorna Kleine, Patsy Spegal and Betty Becraft. Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery, Wilkinson. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Thursday.
