Anne Marie Goodman, 43 of Indianapolis died unexpectedly Wednesday October 14, 2015. She was born August 2, 1972, in Ft. Wayne, Ind. to James and Melinda (Alberts) Goodman. She is the youngest of three beautiful daughters.
Anne was a 1990 graduate of Lawrence North High School and a member of the gymnastics team. She was a real people person and enjoyed her years working at Some Guys Pizza and Shaffers.
She was a caring, helpful person. She was funny, had a great sense of humor and touched many lives over the years with lifelong friendships. Three of her best friends were her pitbulls, Lilly, Buster and Eva. Anne had many amazing talents. She was an outstanding photographer, a unique abstract artist and had a natural ability for music. She played the piano, guitar, mandolin, harmonica and she could also juggle. If she had a few extra dollars you could find her in Anderson playing the slot machines.
She is survived by her parents, Jim and Lynne Goodman, sisters Amy Hellyer and Julie (Tim) McLoughlin, nephew Tony (Meghan) Hellyer, nieces Katie Hellyer, Abby McHale, Amanda, Elissa and Emily McLoughlin, great nieces Kaylee and Gabrielle Hellyer and Harper Hellyer.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her uncle Bub, her niece Jessica Hellyer, and cousin Kristopher Greene.
Also many, many aunts, uncles, cousins and her cherished friends.
We will miss her spunkiness.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday October 21, 2015 from 2-6 pm at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center, 7855 Cork Rd. Indianapolis, 46236
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield.
