Ardell L Hale

Ardell L. Hale March 8, 1921 - September 11, 2008 Ardell L. Hale, age 87 years, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2008 at the Golden Living Center at Brandywine in Greenfield. He was born March 8, 1921 in Union City, Tennessee and is the son of the late Algie and Alma (Isbell) Hale. He served in the US Army during WW II. He worked at Superior Coffee Company, Indianapolis as a supervisor, was a member of the Greenfield American Legion Post 119 and was an avid fisherman. He is survived by his sons, Jerry Hale of Greenfield, Herbie Hale of McCordsville; daughter, Becky Woodard of Goodlettsville, TN, Step-son; George Reggi of Baltimore, MD; 9 grandchildren;16 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Nellie (Reggi) Hale in 1997 and his brothers, Bobby and Cyrus Hale. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2008 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
