Arleen Mae Hyde December 30, 1917 - January 8, 2008
Arleen Mae Hyde, 90, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born December 30, 1917 in Noble County, IN to the late Cleland and Vera (Reidenbach) Edmonds.
She was a Beautician for 65 years and owned and operated six beauty shops throughout the years and in various parts of the country, was a member of Bradley United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, was Queen Mother of her Red Hat Society and member of the Ahwenasha Extension Homemakers.
She is survived by a son, Michael (Candy) Hyde of Pendleton; daughter, Sharon (Dan) Hyde of Flagstaff, AZ, Dian Hyde of Greenfield; five grandchildren, Shannon Clifford, Wes Hyde, Shawn Hyde, Nathan Hyde, Cody Hyde; three great grandchildren; one great- great grandchild; brother, Jack (Betty) Edmonds of Wawaka, IN.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Florance L. Hyde whom she married February 11, 1940.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2008 at Bradley United Methodist Church, Greenfield with Rev. Terry Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Thursday, January 10, 2008 from 4-8 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield.
