Barbara J. Maxwell August 31, 1935 - March 3, 2008 Barbara J. Maxwell, 72, a resident of Greenfield passed away Monday, March 03, 2008 at St. Vincent Heart Hospital, Carmel. She was born August 31, 1935 in Shelby County to the late Oren and Pansey (Stewart) Wickliff. She graduated from Greenfield high school, was a lifelong member of Trinity Park United Methodist Church, Greenfield where she sang in the choir and was a member of the womens society. She volunteered much her time at Hancock Regional Hospital and Hancock County Senior Center. She is survived by her husband, Larry Maxwell of Greenfield whom she married July 3, 1955; son, Doug (Debbie) Maxwell of Greenfield; sister, Joan (Jerry) Cooney of Springfield, Missouri; grandson, Chris (Lisa) Tutrow of Greenfield; granddaughter, Amber Karkowski of Anchorage, Alaska; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Chet and David Wickliff. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior Thursday, March 6, 2008 at Trinity Park United Methodist Church, Greenfield with Rev. Michael Manning officiating. Friends may call Wednesday, March 5, 2008 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Park United Methodist Church, 207 West Park Avenue, Greenfield, IN 46140.
