Betty Allen December 12, 1935 - December 13, 2008 Betty J. Allen 73, a resident of Indianapolis, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2008 at her home. She was born December 12, 1935 in Monroe County, KY and was the daughter of the late Paul and Pearl (Jackson) Smith. Betty was a homemaker, enjoyed cleaning and raising her family. She is survived by her husband, Griffie Allen of Indianapolis whom she married March 31, 1951; daughter, Linda (Michael) Miller of Greenfield; sons, Rickey, Terry and Darrell Allen; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four brothers and two sisters. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Allen. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2008 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call from noon until the time of service Friday. Comments We are sorry for the loss of our neighbor. We loved and will miss her terribly.
