Betty E. Johnson June 19, 1913 - August 13, 2007 Betty E. Johnson, 94, of Greenfield, passed away Monday, August 13, 2007 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born June 19, 1913 in Rush County, IN to the late William and Fronie (Sanders) Smith. Betty retired from her hostess position at Shirley Brothers Mortuary after 17 years of service. She attended Wesleyan Park Church of Indianapolis. She is survived by her son, Paul (Bobbi Jo) Wayne Johnson of Indianapolis; daughters, Bonnie (Ken) Seibert of Greenfield, Sherry (Steve) Dougherty of Santa Anna, CA; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; special friend, Larry Moore. Mrs. Johnson was also preceded in death by her former husband, Paul W. Johnson in 1998; sister, Eloise Kirkoff; brothers, William J., Floyd, and Hugh Smith. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, and one hour prior to services on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wesleyan Park Church of Indianapolis.
