Betty J. Medlin, age 94, of Greenfield, passed away December 1, 2025, in Greenfield. She was born on January 5, 1931, Decaturville, Tennessee to late Logan Tate and Mary B. Jetter.

She married Jesse Nolan Medlin and together they made their family, enjoying almost 74 years of marriage.

She was a faithful Christian woman. She was caring, understanding, and nurturing. She loved gardening and canning. She lived a long life with purpose. She was loved by all. She was a member of Faith Apostolic Church.

She is survived by her brothers, David (Bonnie) Tate, Larry (Mary M.) Tate; daughters, Judith (Matthew) Whitton, Colinette Medlin, Rhonda Medlin, Jackie (Brett) Profitt; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; children, Shirley D. Stephens, Dennis J. Medlin and Michael W. Medlin: and four siblings.

Viewing will be held Tuesday December 9th at Stillinger Family Funeral Home 1780 W Main St. Greenfield 46140 at 12pm, service will be at 2pm with burial to follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
