Beulah May Sargent

Beulah May Sargent October 14, 1920 - October 7, 2008 Beulah May Sargent, 87, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born October 14, 1920 in Shelby County, IN to the late Guy and May E. (Hill) Shaw. She graduated from Westland High School and retired in 1998 from the city of Greenfield after 19 years of service. She was a member of Trinity Park United Methodist Church, Greenfield and the American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by daughter, Rhea Apple of Indianapolis; sons, Garry D. (Sandy) Sargent of Greenfield and Larry G. (Lanelle) Sargent of St. Louis, IL; four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Sargent; sisters, Evelyn T. Truitt and Dorothea E. Mellan; brother, Frederick C. Shaw; grandson, Jeffery Sargent. Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 10, 2008 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield with Rev. Michael Manning officiating.
