Brenda L. Petrey November 19, 1951 - August 28, 2009 Brenda L. Petrey, 57 of Rushville passed away Friday, August 28, 2009 in Indianapolis. Brenda was born November 19, 1951 in Pennington Gap, VA. to the late Pearl Petrey and Delores Smith-Allen. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and loved to paint. She is survived by son; Sonny (Brandi) Mathis, daughter; Debra (Patrick Spillis) Sharp, brothers; Sonny Petrey, Mark Petrey and Pete Petrey, sisters; Mary McCoy, Ella Petrey, Erma Petrey, Naomia Cox and Nina Petrey. She was preceded in death by her father and brother Manual Petrey. There will be no services. Comments I was deeply sadden to hear of the passing of Brenda. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
