Bruce Anderson

Bruce Anderson, age 71, of Greenfield, passed away on July 17, 2019, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 31, 1947, in Rushville, IN to the late Bruce & Allie Dean (Ferguson) Anderson. Bruce served in the U.S. Air Force from 1965-1969. He spent his career as an over the road semi-driver and later as a parts driver for Ed Martin Automotive until his retirement. Bruce loved riding his Harley Davidson and loved ice cream and would always say "he was sure his grandchildren would want to get the ice cream", but most of all spending time with his precious family who he loved dearly. Left to cherish Bruces memory are his daughters, Tracy (Justin Crossman)Anderson, Jodi (Evan) Anderson Priest and Lisa (James) Woods; grandchildren, Elyssa & Evan Colwell, Matthew Crossmna, Johnathan Clouse, Jacob & Lucas Koedyker & Finley Woods; Life Best Friend, Brenda Anderson; sisters, Barbara (Claris) Short- Schuyler, Helen Underwood and Karen (Bill) Roehling, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Bruce is proceeded in death by his parents and a granddaughter Jackie Dawn Anderson. Visitation for Bruce will be from 4 to 8 pm on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. Burial will be at a later date at the National Cemetery in Marion, Indiana.
