Carolyn Sue Williams

Carolyn Sue Williams, 75, a lifelong resident of Greenfield, IN, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 8, 2025. She was born September 26, 1949, in Greenfield, IN, to her parents Raymond and Aline (McHone) Williams.

Carolyn graduated from Greenfield High School in 1967 and went on to dedicate 45 years of her professional life as a skilled typesetter at Mitchell-Fleming Printing. Her meticulous work and commitment to her craft left a lasting impression on those she worked with.

A devoted member of Abundant Life Church in Indianapolis, Carolyn found joy and purpose in her faith community. She cherished the fellowship and spiritual connection it brought to her life.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Tommy Williams; and sister-in-law, Trudy Williams.

She is lovingly remembered by her brothers, Bob (Sandie) Williams and Eddie (Carol Roland) Williams; nieces, Jody Williams, Dawn (Jeff) Dawson, Jama McCawley, and Christy (Mike) Eastes; nephews, Burke Kissick and David (Hina) Williams; and several great nieces and great nephews who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Carolyn's life was marked by dedication; to her family, her work, and her faith. Her kind spirit and steadfast presence will be deeply missed by all who know her.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, with the service immediately following at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
