Charles R. Flora

Charles Randall Flora, age 57 of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Thursday, August 25th 2016. He was born on October 10th 1958 in Indianapolis to the late Charles W. and Leona F. (Hagan) Flora Jr. Charles graduated from Indianapolis Howe High School and would marry the love of his life Brenda Carman on April 12th 1980. Charles spent his life working for RCA in Indianapolis for many years and also as a clerk for Kroger and Meijer. He attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Indianapolis. Charles enjoyed coaching baseball at the Brookside Little League for many years. He also enjoyed drinking wine, playing cards, corn hole, darts, and playing with his dogs, but he especially loved spending time with his family. Surviving Charles is his wife Brenda Flora of Indianapolis; son, Charles W. (Alethia) Flora III of Katy, TX; daughter, Stephanie (Lacey) Flora-Kirk of Elwood, IN; brother, David K. Flora of Anderson, sisters; Wanda Ginnel of Greenfield; Doris Whitman of DeWitt, MI; and his 5 grandchildren. Preceding him in death are his parents listed above, daughter, Angel Colleen Flora; 3 brothers and 1 sister. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, August 29th, 2016 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, August 30th, 2016 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
