Charles H Rosebrock

Charles H. Rosebrock March 22, 1922 - June 16, 2011 Charles H. Rosebrock, 89, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Hancock Regional Hospital. He was born March 22, 1922 in Indianapolis to the late Herman and Martha (McClain) Rosebrock. Charles attended Southport High School and served in the Army during WII, where he fought in the Battle of the Bulge, earning 2 Bronze Stars. He formerly attended St. Rose Catholic Church in Knightstown. In 1953, he opened B-C Furniture Store, selling new and used furniture. He is survived by his wife, Bridgett (Hughes) Rosebrock; son, John Rosebrock of Indianapolis; sister, Martha Haynes and 1 granddaughter. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Burial will follow at Marion National Cemetery in Marion, IN.
