Charles Quitman Sweezy

Charles Quitman Sweezy September 18, 1922 - June 6, 2014 Charles Quitman Sweezy, 91, passed at Friday, June 6, at Flatrock River Lodge nursing home in Rushville. Quitman was born to the late Orin Dale and Cassandra (Crane) Sweezy on September 18, 1922. He worked as a laborer for many years before going on disability. He loved his family more than anything, and spent many years of his life caring for them. Quitman is survived by his niece Camilla Butcher of Greenfield; a sister, Mary Manship of Elwood; and many more nieces, nephews, and cousins. Quitman is preceded in death by his parents; and many brothers and sisters. A visitation for Quitman will be Thursday, June 12 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 W Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. Burial will be at 2:30 at Washington Park East Cemetery, 10612 East Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
