Cherie Garver May 24, 1934 - December 5, 2007
Cherie (Corcoran) Garver, age 73 years, a life long resident of Greenfield died Wednesday December 5, 2007 at her residence.
She was born May 24, 1934 in Indianapolis to the late Sexton P. and Mary (Fletcher) Corcoran.
She was a 1952 graduate of Greenfield High School and retired from the US Army Finance and Accounting Center after 50 years of employment. She was a member of Bradley United Methodist Church, past president of Upsilon Chapter Psi Iota Psi, Brandywine Creek Chapter NSDAR and past national vice-president of Federally Employed Women.
She is survived by her best friend of over 63 years, Willa Dean Lopez of Greenfield and several cousins.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Saturday 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home.
