Cheryl Ann (Mcdonald) Corwin

Cheryl Ann (McDonald) Corwin, 62, Altoona, FL, formally of New Palestine, IN, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Cheryl was born on March 28, 1961, in Indianapolis, to the late Charles and Patty Lou (Curry) McDonald. She married Michael D. Corwin on June 2, 1979. Cheryl graduated from New Palestine High School and attended IN Business College.

Cheryl was a tremendously loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend to all who knew her and will be sadly missed. She enjoyed baking, cross-stitching, camping, and family time with the grandchildren. Cheryl and Michael moved to Florida 10 years ago. She was an executive assistant for Shorewood Packaging, turned International Paper, Indianapolis, for many years.

Cheryl is survived by her loving husband, Michael D. Corwin; their children, Mike (Tiel) Corwin and Christian Corwin; 11 grandchildren: Christian, Ashlyn, Taya, Tessa, Hannah, Madison, Tamryn, Tori, Braylynn, Jacobi, and Landyn; brothers, Jim (Bernadette) McDonald and Ronald McDonald; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 19 East Main Street, New Palestine, IN. The funeral service will be held the following day, Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., also at the funeral home. Burial will take place in New Palestine Cemetery.
