Christopher K. Wilson November 13, 1953 - June 16, 2014 Christopher K. Wilson, 60 of Greenfield passed away Monday, June 16, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Chris was born November 13, 1953 in Greenfield to James T. Wilson Jr. and the late Rita (Kern) Wilson. He was a graduate of Greenfield High School and attended Indiana Tech for his Firefighter training. Chris married Rebecca (Lawrence) Wilson on September 5, 1987. Chris was a dedicated husband, dad and pappy and together they enjoyed their family and friends. Chris was a Greenfield Firefighter for many years serving 10 years as Fire Chief prior to his retirement. Many will remember Chris from his 35 years with Dellen Automotive Group in Greenfield. He is survived by his wife; Rebecca of Greenfield, father; James T. (Martha) Wilson Jr. of Corrales, New Mexico, daughters; Elizabeth Wilson of Cincinnati, OH., Kim (Donavan) McDonald of New Palestine, brothers; James T. (Lauren) Wilson III of Rancho Cucamonga, CA., Paul Wilson of Indianapolis, Peter (Brenda) Wilson of Aurora CO., sisters; Michelle (Jeff) Lash of Fortville, Mary Forbes of Castleton, VA., Maureen Wilson of Temecula CA., and grandchildren; Austin Townsend, Bailey McDonald and Katie McDonald. He is preceded in death by his mother Rita (Kern) Wilson. A funeral mass will be held at 10 am, Monday, June 23, 2014 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 519 Jefferson Blvd., Greenfield with Father William Stumpf officiating.
