Clarence E. Ed Sexton

Clarence E. "Ed" Sexton Sr., age 68 of Greenfield, IN passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. He was born on September 21, 1948 in Whitesburg, KY to the late George & Margie (Neice) Sexton. Clarence spent his career working at Service Engineering for nearly 38 years. He married the love of his life, Martha (Belcher) Sexton on May 23, 2007. Clarence loved to fish, hunt, ride horses, but most of all spending time with his family & friends. Surviving Clarence is his wife Martha Sexton of Greenfield; sons, Clarence "Eddie" (Sandi) Sexton Jr. of Smithville, TN; Christopher (Monica) Sexton of Greenfield; step-son, Brian (Abigail) Hatfield of Greenfield; daughters, Dianna (Jason) Sexton-Adams of Greenfield; sisters, Elenor Moore; Mallie Woods; grandchildren, Nathan; Trevor; Taylor; Makayla; Skyler; Hunter; Jordyn; and Jacob. Preceding Clarence in death are his parents; brothers, James; Bill; Kenneth; Arlie Sexton; sister, Fonda (Sulfridge) Ditton; and granddaughter, Shelby. Friends may visit from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
