Daniel Hagan Perry

Daniel Hagan Perry, age 36, passed away on Friday February 16, 2024. Daniel was born on January 10, 1988, in Greenville, MS to Kevin and JoAnn Perry.

Daniel completed his high school education at New Palestine High School. He was a talented guitar player who loved sharing music with his friends. He enjoyed skateboarding and his dog Bleu. He was an Intake Counselor at Hickory Treatment Center in Indianapolis and loved his job. He had a kind compassionate heart, and quietly helped so many unsheltered and hungry people.

Daniel is survived by his son, Ezra Perry, stepson, Ezekiel Rippy; his parents, Kevin and JoAnn Perry; brother, Will (Darcie) Perry of Muncie, IN; sister Emily (Matthew) Perry Indianapolis; godfather Matthew (Marisa) Perry of Trenton, KY; godmother Sandi (Craig) Sager of Clarksville, TN; aunts, Bonnie (Robert) Ferguson of Clarksville, TN, Victoria Miller of Nashville, TN, Nancy (Bill) Johnson of Palm Bay, FL, Lynn (John) Sweitzer of Durham, NC, Ann Perry of Hopkinsville, KY; uncles, Andy (Rhonda) Miller of Guthrie, KY, Waltus Miller of Olmstead, KY, David (Vickie) Perry of Louisville, KY; niece, Hadley Perry and nephew, Warhol Braun of Indianapolis, IN, and many loving cousins.

Daniel is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ben and Sue Perry, Andrew and Dorothy Miller and Uncle Ben Perry Jr.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 5:00p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 W. Maim Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.

There will be a funeral mass Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, 519 Jefferson Blvd, Greenfield, IN 46140

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Kenneth Butler Memorial Soup kitchen and/or The Hope House, both of Greenfield, IN.
