David Edward Boyers

David Edward Boyers 69 years, a resident of New Palestine, IN, passed away April 1, 2019 at Hancock Regional Hospice Unit, Greenfield. David was born February 18, 1950 in Jackson, Michigan to the late Earl & Marilyn J. (Bruce) Boyers. He was a 1968 graduate of Concord High School, MI, served in the US Navy and retired from the University of Michigans Tele-communications Department. David enjoyed traveling on his Honda Goldwing with his wife, woodworking, camping, and was a member of Goldwing Road Riders Association J-MI. He is survived by his wife, Carol L. (Nave) Boyers of New Palestine, whom he married August 29, 1970, son, Paul (Sheila) Boyers of Bedias, TX, daughter, Brandie (Rick) Pies of Greenfield, brothers, Gary (Marie) Boyers of Pointe Vedra, FL, Tracy (Lynette) Boyers of Jackson, Mich., sister, Sandy (Fred) Kennedy of Jackson, MI, 1 granddaughter (Rebekah) and 3 step-grandchildren (Keri, Stephanie, Nathan). At the families request there will be no local services, burial will be at a later date in Maple Gove Cemetery, Concord, Michigan. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. In lieu of Flowers, the family request that donations be made to Hancock Regional Hospice, 801 N.
