David Owen Jackson

David Owen Jackson, 72, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday April 26, 2018 at his home. He was born on January 18, 1946 to the late Raymond W. Jackson and Alice (Thomas) Short, in Rush, Kentucky. David and his wife Janice, whom he shared an unconditional love with, were married on December 24, 2005. David spent three years with the U.S. Army from 1963-1966 stationed in Germany. David spent much of his life as an appliance repairman, business owner & working for ACF Industries in W. Virginia. He enjoyed working in his garden, spending time with his friends and family, and was known to be a friend to all. Left to cherish Davids memory are his wife Janice; sons, Kent Loren Jackson of Kentucky, David Bryan Jackson of Ohio; Daughter Holly Anne Eustice of Indianapolis; Grandsons, Raymond and Hunter Jackson of W. Virginia; Granddaughter Kaleigh Clark; brother, Rick (Connie) Jackson of Ohio; sister, Retha Gayle (Robert) Johnson of Ohio; Special Aunt Phyllis in Kentucky as well as numerous cousins in Kentucky; Sisters -in-law Sandie Jackson Ellis, Sharon Majewicz and Judith Juen and brother-in-law Richard (Virginia) Majewicz. Visitation for David will be Wednesday May 2, 2018 from 4-8pm at Stillinger Family Funeral Home 1780 W. Main St Greenfield, Indiana 46140. Funeral Service will be Thursday May 3, 2018 at the funeral home at 11:00am.
