David J. Nay June 4, 2007 - September 30, 2007 David J. Nay, 68, a resident of Greenfield, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2007 at Regency Place, Greenfield. He was born June 4, 1939 in Greenfield to the late Jean Calvert and Beatrice Louise (Boring) Nay. Mr. Nay was a graduate of Greenfield Central High School and obtained a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Indiana University. He served in the US Army and Army Reserves during the Vietnam War. He was an avid racing fan, a member of the American Legion, a member of the Greenfield Christian Church, and worked for Sears in sales. He is survived by a brother, John (Anita) Nay of Greenfield; sister, Marlene (Don) Fontaine of Greenfield; two nieces, Christine L. Cooley of Indianapolis and Andrea Carr of Avon; three nephews, Michael and Mark Fontaine of Greenfield, Tim Fontaine of McCordsville; 10 great nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the familys convenience with burial at Park Cemetery.
