Deeann Boots

DeeAnn Boots, 78, Greenfield passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 30, 1942 in Shelbyville, Indiana to the late Orville and Dorothy (Storm) Dishman. Dee married Charles A. Boots on June 28, 1958. Dee and Charles purchased Worland Cleaners in 2002, which she owned and operated until her retirement in 2013. Dee was an avid reader and enjoyed Hallmark movies. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her family and best friend of over 70 years, Donna Arnold Monday. Dee attended Greenfield Friends Church. Dee is survived by her children: April (Ron) Tompkins, Julie (Ottis) Sexton, Cassie (Steve) Graddy, Charles Boots, Jr., Wendy (Bret) Croteau, and Matt (Carrie) Boots; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; and best friend, Donna. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; and daughter, Kelly Riley. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield with the funeral service immediately following at 7:00 p.m. Face masks and social distancing is required.
