Delmer "Shakey" Anderson

Delmer E. "Shakey" Anderson, age 73, of Greenfield passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Hancock Health, Greenfield. He was born December 14, 1946 in Fleming Neon, KY to the late William and Ethel (McCall) Anderson. He married Rosemary (Stephens) on July 12, 1965. Prior to his retirement in 2008 Delmer was employed as a foreman for Miller Pipeline for over 40 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing cards, slot machines and casinos. He also collected die cast cars and knives. Shakey is survived by his wife, Rosemary; children, Sherry (Brian) Hammons, Richard (Stacy) Anderson, Anthony Anderson, Steve (Laci) Anderson; grandchildren, Chris and Gene Hammons, Ryan, Dale, Shelbi, Brendan, Chandler and Dylan Anderson; former daughters in law, Shawn and Marianne; 7 great grandchildren; and 9 brothers and sisters, and 2 cousins, Hershel and Carlos Anderson that were like brothers to him.
