Dixie Fugate December 13, 1942 - July 13, 2011 Dixie Fugate age 68 years, a resident of Greenfield passed away Wednesday July 13, 2011 at Sugar Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Greenfield. She was born December 13, 1942 in Jackson, Kentucky to the late Theo & Lucinda (Thacker) Perkins. She was a graduate of Maxwell High School, a homemaker that loved photo scrapbooking, taking care of her children and grandchildren and loved being with people. She is survived by her sons, Larry (Tina) Turner, David "VR" Turner, Isaac Turner all of Greenfield, step-sons, Alex (Diane) Fugate of Columbus, OH, David (Kim) Fugate of Columbus, OH, step-daughters, Jolene (Patrick) Johnson of Greenfield, Susan (Gary) Meek of Greenfield, sisters, Myrtle Moore of Daleville, IN, Ivol Reynolds of Hamilton, OH, several grandchildren and 4 great grand-children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Fugate in 2000, 2 brothers and 5 sisters. A memorial visitation will be Monday July 18, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Burial will take place at a later date in Kentucky.
