Donald Gene Borgman

Donald G. Borgman of Greenfield, Indiana, 93, passed away February 15, 2025. He was born on April 1, 1931, in Beech Grove, IN, to the late Oscar and Helen (Franke) Borgman. Don was a 1949 graduate of Warren Central High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951-1953. He married Jody (Joan) Skinner on June 22, 1951. After working at Eli Lilly for 37 years, he retired in 1987. He was a lifelong member of St. John United Church of Christ and the VFW.

Don is survived by his son, Keith (Cheryl) and his daughter, Cheryl (Randy); four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jody Borgman; and his grandson, Tyler Borgman.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home- Hendryx Cumberland Chapel, 11636 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN. The funeral service and burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's United Church of Christ Church.
