Donald J. Dages June 30, 1924 - March 18, 2009 Donald J. Dages, 84, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at the Golden Living Center Brandywine, Greenfield. He was born June 30, 1924 in Davies County, Indiana to the late George and Anne Dages. Donald was a graduate of Montgomery High School, served in the US Army Air Force during WWII, retired in 1985 as a supervisor from Indiana Bell and AT&T. He was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church of Greenfield. He is survived by a son, Philip Dages of Greenfield; daughter, Martha Basey of Greenfield; sister, Eleanor OConner of Indianapolis; two grandchildren, Christina and Michael Basey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen E. Dages in October of 2007. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 20, 2009 at St. Michaels Catholic Church, Greenfield with Father Severin Messick O.S.B. officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Comments My thoughts and prayers go to the family of Donald Dages.
