IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Doris "Debbie"
Glick
May 17, 1949 – January 6, 2026
"Debbie" Doris Anne Glick passed away peacefully in her home on Jan 6, 2026. Debbie had suffered many years from MS and succumbed to cancer. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Marquis and Dorothy Glick on May 17, 1949. Debbie, a lifetime resident of Greenfield, was to be named after her uncle Deb McCoy, a WWII war veteran and was a race car driver. He was killed while racing a few weeks prior to Debbie being born in 1949. A family friend was sent to apply for the birth certificate and was confused and placed the name Doris Ann Glick, not Debbie Anne, on her birth certificate. Debbie attended St Michael's School from first grade thru 8th grade and graduated from Greenfield High School in 1968. She worked at Laughner's Cafeteria for many years, before being overcome with MS.
Debbie is survived by her brothers, Dan E. Glick of Phoenix AZ, and Paul Marquis Glick of Stuart, FL, nieces: Becky Ricker, Anne Bryant, Michelle Grant, Lori Rea, Kelly Johnson, and Sarah Wagner, nephews Danny A. Glick and Art Bryant.
Debbie was preceded in death by her Mother Dorothy Glick, Sister Mary-Jo Bryant and nephew David Bryant.
Debbie will be laid to rest with our Mother, Grandmother, and three McCoy uncles at Holy Cross Cemetery at 1:00 PM Friday Jan 16, 2026.
