Doris M. Lake-Henderson April 22, 1932 - January 6, 2009 Doris M. Henderson, 76 of Greenfield passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at Community Hospital East. Doris was born April 22, 1932 in Indianapolis to the late Loren and Ella Mae (Miller) Rexroat and was a former resident of Clebume, TX. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, crosswords and reading. Mrs. Henderson is survived by sons; Craig ( Dawn) Lake of Aberdeen, MD, Charles (Brenda) Lake of Dallas, TX, Tom (Susie) Lake of Greenfield, Steven (Becky) Lake of Indianapolis, Mark (Freda) Lake of Carthage, IN and Jon (Cathi) Lake of Greenfield, daughter; Beverly (David) Phillips of Springport, IN, twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Doris was preceded in death by her parents and husbands; Charles Lake and Robert Henderson. The Lake family will receive friends on Saturday, January 17th from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at 681 Sedgewick, Greenfield. Burial will follow at a later date in Texas. Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel is handling the local arrangements for the Lake family. Comments We are so sorry for your loss. Doris was the aunt of my mother, Susan Thompson, daughter of Doris' sister Hattie Deloris (Rexroat) Groninger and her husband Richard " Groninger. My mother has been wanting to track down her family, and I just came across Aunt Marie's obituary. My mom is very sad to hear of her death.
