Edna Irene Martin May 6, 1919 - November 28, 2007 Edna Irene Martin, 88, a resident of Indianapolis, passed away, Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Wishard Hospital. She was born May 6, 1919 in Greenfield to the late Samuel E. and Margaret (Meford) Cole. Edna was co-owner with her husband of Honey Bee Bakery of Indianapolis for 10 years and was a member of Valley Mills Christian Church. Survivors include brothers Joseph C. Cole of Greenfield, Thomas L. Cole, Maxwell, niece Jeanie Utterback of Mooresville, nephew James Smith of Fortville, 3 great nieces, 1 great nephew, several great great nephews and 1 great great niece. She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Martin, several brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be 2:30 Saturday, December 1, 2007 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. Burial will follow in Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
