"Ed" Schwier

Edward "Ed" Thomas Schwier, 55 years, of Greenfield, Ind. passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022

at his residence. He was born September 20, 1967 in Indianapolis to the late Edward A. Schwier Jr. and Mary E. (Morris)

Schwier. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and trapping. Ed graduated from New Palestine

High School in 1986. He was a career welder for Koorsen Fire and Security of Indianapolis.

He is survived by his sister, Cindy (Dajeet) Bhatti; two nieces, Desiree' (JT Eggbert) and Maria

(BrandonSummers) Lopez; three aunts, Joan Cohron, Nancy Fraker, and Florence Pritchett; uncle Bill

Schwier; two great-nieces, Sophia and Sadie Summers; Many friends, and cousins. The family would like

to thank Ryan Stewart for being an especially great friend and looking out for Ed over the past two

years. He was preceded in death by his parents listed above.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at

Stillinger Family Funeral Home– Hendryx Chapel, 11636 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana,

46229. Funeral service will he held Thursday, October 6 at 11 a.m. at the same location. The Stillinger
