Erwin H. Eggeman January 22, 1915 - May 6, 2008 Erwin H. Eggeman, 93, a resident of Greenfield, formerly of Brownstown, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at Hancock Regional Hospital, Greenfield. He was born January 22, 1915 in Jackson County, Indiana to the late John and Anna (Petering) Eggeman. He was a lifelong farmer, member of the Faith Lutheran Church, and a member of the Lutheran Laymans League. He is survived by his wife, Laura (Stahl) Eggeman of Greenfield whom he married April 18, 1937; daughters Norma (Harry W.) Crouch of Brown County, IN and Thelma (Chuck) Ford of Greenfield; brother, Omer Eggeman of Seymour, IN; sister, Erma Wischmeier of Brownstown, IN; six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by brother, Lawrence Eggeman; sister, Verna Hackman. Friends may call Friday May, 9, 2008 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. A service of devotion will follow Friday at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Wm. Daniel OConnor officiating. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008 at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Brownstown (Wegan), IN. Friends may call one hour prior at the church. Burial will follow at Wegan Cemetery, Brownstown (Wegan), Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to Worship for Shut-Ins, 3225 Crescent Avenue Fort Wayne, IN 46805-1501.
