Erwin C. Robbins

Erwin C. Robbins, age 77 of Greenfield, IN passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation in Greenfield. He was born on March 21, 1940 to the late Claude & Crystal (Lowder) Robbins. Erwin graduated from Hancock Central High School in 1958 and would spend his career working for Delco - Remy in Anderson until his retirement in 1994. Erwin married the love of his life Marcia (Crider) Robbins on June 6, 1964. He was a member of the Indiana National Guard and the Greenfield Christian Church. Erwin enjoyed collecting novelty toy tractors and race cars. He was an avid Nascar & IndyCar Racing fan and enjoyed doing yardwork. Surviving Erwin is his wife, Marcia Robbins of Greenfield; brother; Robert (Jeannie) Robbins of Greenfield; and sister, Gayle (Skip) Davis of Florida. Preceding Erwin in death are his parents. Friends may visit from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Frank Everett officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
