Esther Marie Rainey

Esther Marie Rainey March 13, 1921 - September 13, 2013 Esther Marie Rainey, 92, of Indianapolis passed away on Friday September 13, 2013 at the Brownsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brownsburg. Esther was born on March 13, 1921 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late Claude D and Ruth G. (Gorham) Rainey of Greenfield. Esther was a graduate of Arsenal Tech High School and attended Heron Art School where she studied to be a commercial Artist. She worked for the Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, and she worked at Naval Avionics during World War II. Surviving relatives include, nephew Larry Rainey of Bloomington, and sister, Madge Edwards of Venice Florida. Proceeded in death by her parents and brother Claude D.
