Evelyn B. Tague December 16, 1919 - December 4, 2007 Evelyn B. (Barrett) Tague, 87, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Regency Place of Greenfield. She was born December 16, 1919 in Willow Branch to the late Earl P. and Wilma M. (Slifer) Barrett. She was a graduate of Charlottesville High School, worked for Sears, Dickmann & Dickmann, and also worked in the Hancock County Auditors office before retiring in 1990. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Claude Marshall Tague whom she married on October 13, 1940; daughter, Linda L. Bell of The Villages, FL; son, Robert M. (Tara) Tague of Greenfield; sisters, Mary Rose Badgley of Albuquerque, NM and Ellen (Robert) Harden of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Erin M. Tague, Cheri (Mike) Cole and Elizabeth (Greg) Crabtree; great-grandchildren, Madelynn Cole, Evan Cole, and Ireland Grace Crabtree. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard (Dick) Barrett. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Thursday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
