Florence Amick

Florence Amick November 30, 1932 - February 17, 2013 Florence L. Austraw (Roberts) Amick, 80 of Greenfield passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab. Florence was born November 30, 1932 in Stryker Brady Twp., Williams County, Ohio to the late Stephen L. and Ardice (Werdor) Austraw. She was educated at Auburn, IN. High School, John Herron Institute, Indiana University and received her Masters Degree at Butler University. Florence was a teacher at Greenfield Elementary and an art teacher at Charles A> Beard School Corporation, Knightstown prior to retiring in 1990. Mrs. Amick is survived by son; John Stephen Roberts and daughter; Elizabeth Ann Roberts both of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her husband Hugh W. Amick. Services will be held 10:00 am, Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140 with burial to follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Wednesday, February 20, 2013 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
