Frances E. Snell May 5, 1904 - October 27, 2006 Frances E. Snell, 102, of Greenfield passed away Friday October 27, 2006 at Sugarcreek Nursing Home. She was born May 5, 1904 in Brown County, OH to the late Leo and Isabelle (Donahue) Zieger. She retired as a clerk at McCroys Dime Store in Dayton, OH after 29 years. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and a foster grandparent at Brandywine Child Care Center. She is survived by sister, Irene Arndts of Clayton, OH; step daughter in law, Nila Snell of Ft. Collins, CO; 10 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren; and longtime friend and caregiver, Billie Wilson of Greenfield. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Snell; sons, Wilbur Snell, Donald Snell; daughter, Pearl Grim; 5 brothers and 5 sisters. Funeral service will be 10 am Tuesday October 31, 2006 at Pasco-Stillinger Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 pm on Monday at funeral home.
