Fred W. Palmer June 5, 1945 - December 14, 2010
Fred W. Palmer, 66, a resident of Greenfield passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at his home.
He was born June 5, 1945 in Indianapolis to the late Hamilton D. Palmer and Wilma (Koehler) Palmer Cline.
Fred graduated from Warren Central High School in 1963 and retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years of service. He was a member of the UAW, Greenfield Masonic Lodge #101, Greenfield Christian Church, a lifetime member of Indiana Corriedale Association and the National Corriedale Association. His loves in life were his grandchildren, raising and showing sheep.
He is survived by his wife Sandy (Williams) Palmer; daughter, Jennifer L. (Tom) Palmer; sons, Bill (Wendi) Palmer, Scott (Annette) Palmer; step-daughter, Nicole (Tony) Neumeister all of Greenfield; grandchildren, Jordyn, Justin, Canyen, Draven, Trevison, Savannah, Jada, Garrett, Kearsten and Tristen.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Scott Palmer.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2010 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield with Glenn Kimball officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of service.
