Georgia I. Lanham May 19, 1914 - August 17, 2009 Georgia I. Lanham, 95 a lifelong resident of Hancock County passed away Monday, August 17, 2009 at Regency Place in Greenfield. Georgia was born May 19, 1914 in Hancock County to the late George B. and Fannie (McDaniels) Brown. She was a graduate of Brandywine High School and dedicated her life to her husband Thomas Lanham and their family. Georgia is survived by her son; John "Jay" (Carol) Lanham of Woodstock, Ohio, daughters; Gracie (Billy) White of Greenfield, and Jennie (Robert) Reeves of Dale City, FL., 29 grandchildren and 53 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Thomas Grant Lanham. A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2009 at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
