Gerald C. Hatch February 27, 1937 - May 28, 2008
Gerald C. Hatch, 71, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2008 at Regency Place. He was born February 27, 1937 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Clayton and Grace (Mobrey) Hatch. He served in the U.S. Army in 1960 during the Cuban Crisis. He retired from GM after 33 years of service and was a member of Faith Apostolic Church, Greenfield. He loved fishing, his grandkids, and especially loved teaching his grandkids Bible Studies. He is survived by his wife, Joyce (Hickey) Hatch of Greenfield; daughter, Lorie (Robert) Johnson of Greenfield; step-son, Jerry (Annette) Miles of Scottsburg, IN; step-daughters, Linda Riegle of Indianapolis and Mary (Larry) Tate of Bowling Green, KY; sister, Donna (Johnny) Kavanaugh of Lee Summit, MO; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by daughter, Diana Jones. Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2008 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield with Pastor John Reading officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield with military graveside rites provided by the Greenfield Veteran Honor Guard. Friends may call Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
