Glen E. "Bud" Evans April 23, 1938 - May 15, 2008 Glen E. "Bud" Evans, 70, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Hancock Regional Hospital. He was born April 23, 1938 in Hancock County to the late Fred B. and Melvina (McPherson) Evans. He worked at Park Cemetery, Greenfield as part of the grounds crew and worked at Fisk Sanitation for 27 years. He was a former member of the Eagles and Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Vest) Evans of Greenfield, whom he married June 17, 1957; son, Raymond (Lisa) Evans of Wilkinson; daughter, Barbara (Bill) Geary of Fountaintown; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brother, William "Bill" and Richard Evans; sisters, Peggy Faulkner and Alberta Allford. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery.
