Helen Virginia Sturm December 7, 1924 - November 10, 2014 Helen Virginia Sturm, age 89 of Greenfield passed away Monday, November 10, 2014 at Golden Living Center, Greenfield. Helen was born December 7, 1924 in Indianapolis to the late Floyd and Blanche (Wiles) Steelman. Helen married Frank Sturm on May 1, 1949. She was homemaker and a member of Trinity Park United Methodist Church. Helen was involved with the Order of the Eastern Star and the Riley Wranglers. Helen loved to play the piano and organ. She was very talented, she played for many churches and also played the organ for Pasco Memorial Mortuary for 26 years. She is survived by sons; Gale (Cathy) Sturm, Steven (Norda) Sturm, Timothy (Mary) Sturm all of Greenfield, brother; Edward Steelman of Mooresville, 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Helen is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Sturm, sister; Margaret Coleman, and brother; Floyd Steelman. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Friday November 14, 2014 at the Stillinger Family Funeral Home 1780 West Main Street Greenfield, In 46140, with burial to follow in Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday November 13, 2014 at the funeral home.
