Howard "Rocky" Reece

Howard Keith "Rocky" Reece, 67, Knightstown, IN, passed away on February 22, 2022. He was born the oldest of four to Fred and Barbara (Wolfe) Reece, on August 10, 1954, in Connersville, IN. Most who knew Howard called him Rocky. He was a man of his word; someone you could count on. There was absolutely no question when it came to the love he had for his family and for his friends. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley. He worked as a timber buyer for many years. Temporarily, Rocky leaves behind his mother, Barbara Reece; wife of nearly 50 years, Vicky Sue (Stearns) Reece; children: Fred Reece and Jodi (Rick) Shields; grandchildren: Kamryn Reece, Gunnar Reece, and Macey Dooflop Chew; and siblings: Gary Reece, Tammi Brooks, and Jimmy Reece. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Reece, Jr. Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield, is assisting the family at their time of loss. There will be no visitation or service at this time.
