Dear Family, " When I think of Uncle Ishmael I have thoughts of he and Aunt Opha and the word that comes to my mind is hospitality. I received their hospitality in my earlier years when I still lived close enough to see them every weekend.
Those were visits my parents and I looked forward to every Friday night. I knew we were going to see Aunt Opha, Uncle Ishmael, Grandma Price and Richard for the weekend. We would eat food from the garden sitting down for large dinners fit for king's on Sunday afternoons. We would all talk, laugh, and fully enjoy one another's company. As a child I can't remember all the details other than I felt safe and happy in that house in Hosmer and being with the people I loved. Is is a memory tucked away in my heart to forever enjoy.
Our love goes out to you, dear family and friends, in your time of sorrow and celebration of a life well lived for 93 years.
