Comments This is the best way I can say what I feel and the way I think she would appreciate best: " Vivian Pierson Ramsey She always wore her wide-brimmed hat No matter where she went. "Comport yourself with dignity," The message that she sent. She wrote of lovely days gone by. The memories she shared! Some who had never met her, still Somehow knew that she cared. She wrote, not of some scandal or Celebrity divorce, But of the simple pleasures she Encountered in the course Of smelling roses, watching clouds, And reading thoughtful books. Or maybe of the strolls she took Along small, winding brooks. She made her readers feel that they Had joined her on her walk, And that, instead of reading words, Theyd shared a friendly talk. She will be missed by many here, Some she had never met, But no one was a stranger, just A friend, unknown as yet. And can there be a finer thing Thats said when one moves on, Than that they will be greatly missed By many when theyre gone? 2006 Denise McKenney Denise McKenney - November 21, 2011 at 04:54 PM My heart goes out to your entire family. Vivian was a wonderful lady and a great friend to my grandmother......May she rest in peace. " Mabel Daniels' granddaughter
