James "Jim" Turner February 13, 1917 - December 18, 2006
James H. (Jim) Turner, of Morristown, passed away Monday December 18th 2006 at Brandywine Health Care in Greenfield.
He was born February 13th 1917 in Danville Kentucky to the late Raymond and Margaret Mae (Henry) Turner.
He retired in 1984 as a self employed Carpenter. He also served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He was a member of Mackville Methodist Church, Cumberland Masonic Lodge #726, and the Indianapolis Scottish Rite.
He is survived by his Companion: Luella M. Theobald of Morristown, Sister: Evelyn M. Snicker of Indianapolis, Step-Son: Carl E. Hewson of Greenfield, Step-Daughter: Berthelda Ziegler of Dayton OH. Niece: Ramona Savage of Indianapolis.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wife: Martha Mae Turner who passed away in 1975, Stepson: Leland Hewson.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Thursday December 21st 2006 at Pasco-Stillinger Funeral Home, There will also be a Masonic Service Thursday at 1pm, Friends may call Thursday December 21st, 2006 from 12pm till time of service. Burial will be in Park Cemetery with military rites by Greenfield American Legion Honor Guard.
