Jane Shue

Jane B. Shue, 90 years, a resident of Greenfield died January 22, 2016 at Kindred Healthcare in Greenfield. She was born May 10, 1925 in Hancock County, Ind. to the late Ralph Ginley and Effie Elizabeth (Bruner) Ginley-Collins. She was a 1947 graduate of St. Johns Hickey Memorial School of Nursing and worked as a nurse for Chicago Lying Womens Hospital and Hancock Regional Hospital from 1958-78. She was active in 4H growing up, O.E.S. #88 of Warsaw from 1943 until present, twice Worthy Matron, former Grand Representative in Indiana for Saschatawan (Eastern Star) and the Warsaw American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her sons, Robert (Janis) Shue of Oklahoma City, Okla., Eric (Cathy) Shue of Elkhorn, Calif. and her grandson Derek (Ashley) Shue of Santa Barbara, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents listed above and her husband, Floyd Shue in 1989. Visitation will be Thursday January 28, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield. Funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with burial immediately following at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
